If you're calling someone other than Crag, you've already gone wrong. He is the kindest, most professional electrician in Reno. Possibly the world. He answered right when I called and helped fix our electrical emergency same day. I almost don't want to share him, but he's too good to keep to myself.

From the start, Craig was responsive and kind. Craig and Sean installed our Tesla Wall Connector within a week of our first call. Great job all around! We would highly recommend the D C Electrical team!

These guys were an absolute delight to work with and I cannot say enough good things about DC Electrical. I originally had called some handymen to come install 5 ceiling fans as we had just moved into our house back in April and were ready to upgrade the house. Almost two hours in and no fans installed, the handymen kept claiming that there was an issue with the drywall on the ceiling, and as a result had a ton of holes in one of my rooms due to their incompetence. I called up Craig and he gave me some very much needed reassurance that if he and Sean came out, it'd be installed with no issues. They completely lived up to my expectations and more. Craig and Sean were able to install all five fans in two hours...all while not once complaining about the house being the problem instead of them! In addition to their work, Craig has some top notch customer service skills. I again cannot say enough good things about him, about Sean, and about the company in general. I will definitely be referring to this company for upcoming work for a Level 2 charger install as well as an outdoor fan install w/no pre-wiring. These guys have my absolute trust.
